About the event
Join us for some Spooky Stretchies, a Halloween-themed Kitten Yoga Class benefiting Lake Oconee Humane Society! Led by Dr. Kali Arnold of Sati Yoga & Wellness, this class is designed for every level, whether you’re a regular or just rolling out your mat for the first time. Everyone’s encouraged to wear their witchiest athleisure and bring their Black Cat Energy!
This class will be led by Dr. Kali Arnold from Sati Yoga & Wellness, who is a master Pilates instructor with over 600 hours of training and 12 years of teaching experience.
